1  |  Therapy for Youth & Young Adults

Adolescence and young adulthood can bring significant pressure, from school and relationships to family changes and uncertainty about the future. Therapy provides a supportive space to explore thoughts and emotions, build coping skills, and develop tools to manage daily stress more effectively.

Common areas of focus include: anxiety, depression, stress, school transitions, family separation or divorce, relationships, self-esteem, body image concerns, non-severe self-harm, and transitions into post-secondary education or gap years.

Please note: Formal psychological testing and treatment for severe or complex mental health conditions are not offered. Screening support and referrals can be provided when appropriate.

2  |  Parent Support Sessions

Parenting a teen or young adult can feel challenging and, at times, overwhelming. Parent support sessions offer guidance, reassurance, and practical strategies to strengthen communication, set healthy boundaries, and support your child’s emotional development while also helping you feel more confident in your role.

These sessions are tailored to your family’s needs and focus on understanding emotional development, navigating difficult situations, and improving connection and collaboration within the relationship.

3  |  School & Conference Presentations

Presentations are designed to engage, educate, and support meaningful conversations about mental health. Each session is tailored to the audience, including students, staff, or community groups, and combines research-based information with practical, applicable strategies.

Topics may include: mental health awareness, anxiety management, resilience-building, relationships, self-esteem, and coping skills, delivered in an interactive and accessible format.

4  |  Program Development & Delivery

I collaborate with schools, organizations, and community groups to develop mental health programs that support youth, families, and young adults.

Programs may include: workshops, parent education sessions, group programs, retreats, or online learning opportunities. Each program is evidence-informed and designed to be practical, accessible, and relevant to real-world needs.

Programs integrate psychoeducation, skill development, and experiential learning to support meaningful and lasting impact.
