Psychological Services
Am I the Right Fit?
I am not currently the best fit for crisis support, trauma-focused therapy, ADHD assessment or treatment, or highly specialized clinical care.

My focus is on individuals who are functioning day-to-day but seeking support to manage anxiety, stress, relationships, and life transitions, and to develop practical, sustainable tools for growth and well-being.

Each person and family has unique needs, and my services are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re seeking therapy for yourself, guidance as a parent, or resources for your school or community, you’ll find practical, compassionate options here.

My work blends evidence-based approaches with real-world application, so that what we do together feels meaningful, supportive, and sustainable. From individual sessions to larger programs, every service is grounded in the belief that mental health support should be effective and relevant to your life.
1 | Therapy for Youth & Young Adults (12-25yrs)
Adolescence and young adulthood bring unique pressures: school, friendships, family changes, and planning for the future can feel overwhelming. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore thoughts and emotions, develop coping skills, and build tools that make daily life more manageable.
Common areas of focus: Anxiety; Depression; Stress; School transitions; Family changes or divorce; Relationships; Self-esteem; Body image concerns; Eating struggles; Non-severe self-harm; Life after high school; Navigating post-secondary or a gap year.
Please note: Formal psychological testing and treatment for personality disorders, crises, or severe mental health concerns are not offered. Screening assessments and referrals can be provided to guide care and next steps.
2 | Therapy for Women (Including trans women, and gender-diverse adults)
Adult women often face complex life transitions, identity questions, and pressures across work, relationships, and personal goals. Therapy provides a collaborative, evidence-informed space to navigate anxiety, depression, burnout, self-esteem, relationship challenges, family struggles, and/or career and life transitions.

Sessions may include: skill-building, emotional regulation strategies, and exploration of lifestyle factors such as sleep, routines, and stress management. Therapy is tailored to your needs, integrating CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and somatic-informed approaches to support meaningful and sustainable growth.
3 | Parent Support Sessions
Supporting a child isn’t always straightforward, and there’s no manual for parenting. Parent support sessions offer guidance, reassurance, and practical strategies to strengthen communication, set healthy boundaries, and foster your child’s emotional growth, while helping you feel confident and supported in your role.

These sessions are tailored to the needs of parents of teens and young adults, providing tools to understand emotional development, navigate challenging situations, and collaborate effectively with your child.
4 | School & Conference Presentations
Presentations are designed to engage, educate, and inspire meaningful conversations about mental health. Each session is tailored to the audience, students, staff, or community groups and combines research-based insights with practical strategies that participants can apply in daily life.

Topics can include: mental health awareness, anxiety management, resilience-building, relationships, self-esteem, and coping skills, all delivered in an interactive and approachable format.
5 | Program Development & Delivery
Collaborative programs are developed to support youth, families, schools, and community organizations.
Programs can include: school workshops, parent education sessions, group therapy programs, young adult retreats, or online courses.
Each initiative is evidence-informed, practical, and accessible, designed to create lasting benefits for participants and the communities they belong to. Programs are tailored to the audience, combining psychoeducation, skill development, and experiential learning.
